In the original design, the text was a very light shade of grey, which made it hard to distinguish which pieces of information were the most important. Additionally, the font sizes were very similar, which made it difficult to see the hierarchy of information.

 

To improve this, I resized the text to create a clear separation between headlines and publishing dates/times. I also changed the color of the text to black and used different font weights to emphasize the visual hierarchy further.

Additionally, the previous design was imbalanced, with most of the content concentrated on the left side of the screen. To address this, I made sure that each headline had a corresponding image and adjusted the shape of the images to create a more balanced look. I also incorporated lines to separate the articles but shortened them only to cover half the length of the page so that they didn't interrupt the flow of the design.
